On the 2nd March 2013, Wells Cathedral Choir premiered Owain’s new setting of the evening canticles, The Wells Service. The choir was joined by string players from the Athenaeum Chamber Orchestra of the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague. The premiere took place during Choral Evensong, which was held in the nave. The orchestra and choir performed to a congregation of almost 300, with other music by J.S. Bach and Tomkins. Scores of The Wells Service are now available from Inspirium Publications.
