Owain has just finished setting four Shakespeare texts to music for unaccompanied SATB choir. The Maesbury Singers, a choir based in the South-West conducted by Iain MacLeod Jones, commissioned the set of songs. ‘Love is a smoke’, ‘Love, whose month is ever May’, ‘So sweet a kiss’ and ‘When love speaks’ will be published by Inspirium Publications during the summer months, and first performed by The Maesbury Singers on the 29th June.
